Shipping & returns

$6 flat anywhere in the US, calculated at checkout. Three-bag orders ship free. Everything goes out within 2–3 days by USPS.

If a bag arrives damaged or you're unhappy with it, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you. Coffee is perishable, so we don't ask for it back.

What we don't claim

We don't roast this coffee and we don't own a farm. We buy good beans locally in Miami and repackage them under our own label, by hand, in small runs.

We'd rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. What you're paying for is a carefully chosen everyday coffee and a bag worth keeping.

How to brew it

Two ounces, three good options.

A 2 oz bag is roughly 12 tablespoons — one full pot, two moka pots, or four careful pour-overs. Here's where we'd start.

01

Drip machine

The honest default. Fills a carafe and holds up to milk without disappearing.

Ratio
2 tbsp per 6 oz water
Water
195–205 °F
Yields
One 8-cup pot per bag
02

Moka pot

The cafecito route. Fill the basket level, don't tamp, pull it off the heat when it starts to sputter.

Ratio
Fill basket, level
Heat
Medium-low, lid open
Yields
Two 6-cup pots per bag
03

Pour-over

Slower and cleaner. The medium grind runs a little fast here, so keep the pour steady.

Ratio
1 g coffee : 16 g water
Time
2:45 – 3:15 total
Yields
Four cups per bag
Why we made it

Miami mornings, in a bag you'd actually keep.

Sol y Café started as one question: could a coffee bag feel like a Miami morning without pretending to be a luxury brand?

Warm terracotta. Cream. A sun where the “o” should be. Two flat inks on uncoated stock — the kind of thing you'd leave on the counter instead of hiding in a cabinet.

Twenty-five bags is a real test, not a soft launch. If they move, we make more. If they don't, we learned something for the price of a few pounds of coffee.

It's everyday coffee for people who drink coffee every day — and for anyone who moved away and misses the ventanita.

Before you order

Questions, answered straight.

Is 2 oz a lot of coffee?

No — it's a small bag, and we price it that way against a hand-packed first run rather than a supermarket 12 oz. It makes about one full pot of drip, or four cafecitos. If you drink coffee daily, the 3-bag pack is the sensible order.

Do you roast it yourselves?

No. We source coffee locally in Miami and pack it under our own label. We'd rather say that plainly than invent a farm.

When will it ship?

Within 2–3 days of your order, by USPS. You'll get tracking from Stripe as soon as it's on its way. Everything is packed to order.

How do I pay?

Checkout runs on Stripe — card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details. Payments go to Celestial Ignis Lumin LLC.

What happens when the 25 sell out?

The buttons switch to “Sold out” and the page stays up. Leave your email in the footer and we'll tell you when the next run is packed — no other emails, ever.

Can I order more than three bags?

Yes — adjust the quantity on the Stripe checkout page after you click through. Just keep in mind there are only 25 in this run.
